Its objectives were to promote the coordinated development of hydrogen energy industry technology across government, industry, academia, research, and application sectors; advance the construction of hydrogen energy industry chain infrastructure; deepen the exploration and demonstration of new technologies and products within the hydrogen energy field; assist in achieving the dual carbon goals; and drive the high-quality development of the hydrogen energy industry.
